Job Summary
Assist clients with activities of daily living and provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care. Responsibilities include helping with ambulation, dressing, personal care and hygiene; assisting with mobility to doctor visits and outdoor activities; planning and preparing meals; assisting with shopping; light housekeeping; providing a pleasant, supportive companionship; and reporting any unusual incidents to the office. The role involves physical tasks (lifting up to 35 pounds) and requires a willingness to learn about housekeeping activities and personal care; involves working in a home setting and prioritizes health, safety, and confidentiality. Training for certification is provided at no cost; there is no experience required. Pay range is $16.00-$17.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds with the physical capability to perform job-related duties
- Willingness to adhere to health, safety, confidentiality, and other company standards
