Job Summary
Provide in-home care for clients including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionship. Support mobility and safety, including ambulation assistance, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs). Provide medication reminders, observe and document health conditions, and promptly report any concerns. Create meaningful connections with clients through activities they enjoy. Requires minimum 3 months caregiving experience in a home care setting, with a commitment of at least 20 hours per week. CNA certification preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Competitive pay ($15.00-$16.00/hour), flexible scheduling (day and night shifts), 1:1 caregiver-to-client ratio, and additional perks such as paid travel time and cell phone reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 months of caregiving experience (personal or professional) in a home care setting
- CNA certification preferred, but not required

- Reliable transportation and insurance
