Job Summary
Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and mobility support, including transfers and ambulation. Provide medication reminders, document health conditions, and engage clients in activities like reading and hobbies. Maintain a 1:1 caregiver-to-client ratio while ensuring safety and dignity. Commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week with day shifts available Monday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 months of caregiving experience (personal or professional) in a home care setting
- Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation and insurance
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- CNA certification preferred, but not required
