Job Summary
Assist seniors with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and medication reminders while providing companionship and light housekeeping. Support clients with mobility, transfers, and transportation to appointments, then document all care provided per company policies. Observe and report any changes in physical or emotional condition. Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Weekend availability required for every other weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one (1) year of caregiving experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation with proof of insurance
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Must be available to work at least every other weekend
Desired Qualifications
