Job Summary
Assist clients with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Support mobility, transfers, and light housekeeping while preparing meals and providing medication reminders. Offer transportation, run errands, and deliver companionship and emotional support to homebound residents. Maintain safety by following care instructions and using proper equipment. This role requires a valid driver's license, one year of caregiving experience, and availability for morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts, including every other weekends. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Auto insurance coverage
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Minimum 30 hours of availability per month
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving, CNA, or home care experience
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and kneel for extended periods
- Ability to climb stairs and reach overhead
- Ability to read and follow care instructions and safety guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care is a plus
