Job Summary
Assist clients with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship, medication reminders, and light housekeeping while transporting clients or running errands. Support seniors with dementia or Alzheimer's care as needed. Work flexible 4–12 hour shifts across morning, afternoon, evening, and weekends, including every other weekend availability. Maintain minimum 30 hours monthly availability with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Auto insurance coverage
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Minimum 30 hours of availability per month
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving, CNA, or home care experience
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and kneel for extended periods
- Ability to climb stairs and reach overhead
- Comfortable working in homes with pets or smokers
- Ability to use proper safety equipment (gloves, masks, etc.)
- Ability to read and follow care instructions and safety guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care is a plus
