Job Summary
Assist residents with daily living activities, personal care, and prescribed medication administration. Take and record vital signs, document services on the computerized charting system, and report changes in physical or emotional condition to the nurse. Support treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse and perform additional tasks as needed. Shifts available 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on an on-call basis. Previous CNA, HHA, or PCA experience is required, along with medication passing skills. Required Qualifications
- Previous Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Attendant (PCA), or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) experience
- Med passing experience
- Must be 18 years or older
