Job Summary
Support clients with daily needs through companionship, engagement, and high-quality personal care including hygiene, ambulation, exercise, and transfers. Monitor home environments for safety risks and follow individualized written Plans of Care for eating, dressing, bathing, and physical transfers. Manage errands, meal preparation, and light housekeeping to maintain client independence. Maintain health and safety by utilizing a smartphone app, traveling to sites, and holding a valid driver's license with auto insurance. Pass background checks and speak English fluently. One year of home or long-term care experience is required. Flexible schedules available; weekly pay and benefits for full-time staff.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to travel
- Must speak and understand English
- Must be able to pass a background check
- One (1) year minimum experience in the home or long-term care setting
- Able to utilize a smartphone based app
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must have a Vehicle and Auto Insurance
- Punctual and dependable
