Job Summary
Care Partners (CNA/HCA) provide direct, compassionate care to residents in a senior living community. You will assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) while adhering to community protocols and safety guidelines, promote independence and emotional support, encourage participation in life enrichment activities, assist with light housekeeping, and maintain open communication with healthcare professionals, residents, families, and staff.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid state CNA or HCA license per state regulations
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
- Current WA Food Handler's Permit
- At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting
- Experience with memory care is a plus (not required)
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
- Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to residents’ dignity and respect
- Attention to detail, physical stamina, and high integrity
- Willingness to participate in weekend rotation
