Job Summary
Assist residents with activities, treatments, and emotional health needs as outlined in service plans. Develop and revise service plans by reporting resident needs, preferences, and successful approaches to supervisors. Observe and report resident problems to licensed practical nurses, medication technicians, or aids when on duty. Attend onboarding, annual, and in-service training sessions, as well as team meetings. Perform other duties assigned by the Wellness Director. Shift runs from 11pm to 7am.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Maintain any certification as required by state or provincial regulations
- Meet state or provincial health related requirements
