Job Summary
Provide resident care in a memory-care assisted living setting. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), personal services, dining services, housekeeping, laundry, social-recreational activities, and life enrichment for residents. Maintain a clean, safe environment; offer emotional and physical support; monitor vital signs and weight monthly or as needed; complete required documentation; prioritize resident dignity, privacy, independence, and a home-like atmosphere. Requires active OK Nurse Aide Registry; minimum one year of experience with older adults preferred; education of high school diploma or GED required; must be 18+ (or older per state regulations). Pay rate starts at $16-$16.50/hour for CNAs and $17-$18.50/hour for CMA/ACMA, with negotiable rates based on experience; location(s) Oklahoma City, OK and Nichols Hills, OK.
Required Qualifications
- Active on the OK Nurse Aide Registry
- Minimum one year experience with older adults as a personal care assistant preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years old (or older per state regulations)
- Experience with dementia residents preferred
