Job Summary
Provide direct care to elderly clients in home or facility settings, including daily living activities (turning, ambulation, hygiene, bathing, dressing), nutrition and hydration, and comfort measures. Monitor and document observations (food intake, urinary/fecal output) and communicate with physicians and nurses. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized, high-quality care and offer emotional support and companionship. Demonstrate CPR-certified readiness, strong oral communication, and a calm, professional demeanor in fast-paced environments. Employment includes day and night shifts with compensation targeted for CNAs and non-certified caregivers; health insurance eligibility and weekly pay provided.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification (if applicable)
- Current CPR certification
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Calm, professional demeanor
