Caregiver

Perform regular safety checks on residents and assist them in daily living activities while responding promptly to needs. Read and follow care plans to manage oxygen tanks and concentrators, transport residents to meals, activities, or transportation, and perform laundry and community duties as assigned. Chart and document information including incident reports, communicate resident condition changes to supervisors, and respond to all resident alerts using radios for emergency requests. Comply with Clearwater Living standards, maintain a professional image with proper uniform and grooming, and represent core values daily. Schedule Tuesday-Saturday 2:00pm-10:00pm.
