Perform regular safety checks on residents and assist them in daily living activities while responding to needs promptly and kindly. Read and follow care plans to manage oxygen tanks and concentrators per medical orders, transport residents to meals or activities using proper lifting techniques, and clean laundry as required. Chart and document information including incident reports, communicate suspected resident changes to a supervisor immediately, and respond to all resident alerts using radios. Comply with Clearwater Living standards and regulations to maintain safe operations, display a professional image with proper uniform and grooming, and perform other duties as assigned.
