Job Summary
Provide compassionate, hands-on support to residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance. Monitor residents for changes in physical or cognitive condition, document care provided, and communicate effectively with nurses, family members, and other team members. Ensure residents' safety and comfort while promoting dignity and independence through engagement in activities that promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being. Work flexible PRN shifts from 6 am-2 pm, 2 pm-10 pm, or 10 pm-6 am, with weekends and holidays required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a caregiver in senior living is preferred
