Job Summary
Caregiver needed at WoodCreek Bend Memory Care to provide compassionate, hands-on support with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility) and safety monitoring for residents. Responsibilities include documenting care provided, communicating with nurses, family members, and team members, and offering specialized engagement for residents with Alzheimer’s or dementia to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being. Must be 21+, have 1 year of experience in assisted living or skilled nursing, and complete required training (three days) plus Educare before shifts. Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 1 year of experience in assisted living or skilled nursing
- There will be three consecutive days of training that are required, along with completion of Educare training, prior to working any scheduled shifts.
