Job Summary
Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist with mobility and transfers, monitor clients' care, and report changes to the team. Help prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and engage clients in meaningful activities. Maintain documentation and adhere to all policies and regulations. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, high school diploma, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation ranges from $18.25 to $25.25 per hour with access to ongoing training.
