Job Summary
Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist with mobility and transfers, monitor care changes, and report concerns to the team. Help prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and engage clients in meaningful activities. Maintain documentation and adhere to all state and federal regulations. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation ranges from $18.25 to $25.25 per hour with access to ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
