Job Summary
Perform client wellness checks, assist with admission documents, and provide non-medical support based on individual service plans. Train other caregivers on Activities of Daily Living while maintaining strict confidentiality of all client records. Submit required documentation accurately and adhere to agency rules, policies, and procedures related to service delivery. Immediately report any incidents of injury or suspected abuse to your supervisor and appropriate authorities. Requires valid State ID, reliable transportation, strong communication skills, and willingness to attend training sessions. Flexible Sunday through Saturday shifts available based on client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have valid State ID/ Drivers License
- Strong communication skills – both oral and written
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations
- Compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to help others
- Honesty and integrity in all interactions
- Willingness to attend training sessions provided by referring agencies and/or the Tennessee Department of Mental Health & Developmental Disabilities (MHDD)
