Job Summary
Perform client wellness checks and assist with admission documents based on individual service plans. Provide non-medical support for agency service recipients and help train other caregivers on Activities of Daily Living. Submit required documentation accurately and maintain strict confidentiality of client records. Immediately report any incidents of injury or suspected abuse to supervisors and authorities. Follow all agency rules, policies, and procedures related to service delivery. Maintain valid state ID and drivers license with reliable transportation. Flexible Sunday through Saturday shifts available to meet client needs. Weekly direct deposit with top pay and health benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have valid State ID/ Drivers License
- Strong communication skills – both oral and written
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations
- Compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to help others
- Honesty and integrity in all interactions
- Willingness to attend training sessions provided by referring agencies and/or the Tennessee Department of Mental Health & Developmental Disabilities (MHDD)
