Perform client wellness checks, assist with admission documents, and provide non-medical support based on individual service plans. Train other caregivers on Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in the client's home while maintaining strict confidentiality of all records. Follow agency rules and policies, submit required documentation accurately, and immediately report any incidents of injury or suspected abuse to your supervisor.
