Job Summary
Caregiver for a total care in-home client. Provides non-medical in-home/community care per the Client Service Plan, including wellness checks, assisting with admission documents, training other caregivers on ADLs, compliance and documentation, maintaining client confidentiality, and safety reporting. Requires 18+ years old, valid state ID/driver's license, reliable transportation, strong communication, compassion, honesty, and willingness to attend MHDD training. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have valid State ID/ Drivers License
- Strong communication skills – both oral and written
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations
- Compassionate and caring nature
- Honesty and integrity in all interactions
- Willingness to attend training sessions provided by referring agencies and/or the Tennessee Department of Mental Health & Developmental Disabilities (MHDD)
