Job Summary
Caregivers provide non-medical in-home and/or community care based on the Client Service Plan. Responsibilities include performing client wellness checks, assisting clients with completing admission documents, training other caregivers on Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in the client's home, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation, maintaining confidentiality of client records, and safety reporting of any incidents. The role requires strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and a compassionate, engaging demeanor; one available position additionally requires fluency in Spanish. Flexible scheduling with shifts Sunday through Saturday and top pay with weekly direct deposit are highlighted benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have valid State ID/ Drivers License.
- Strong communication skills – both oral and written.
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations.
- Fluent in Spanish (one position requires Spanish-speaking caregiver).
