Job Summary
Provide various personal caregiving services in accordance with an established plan of care, including assisting patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Prepare meals and special diets, perform general housekeeping activities, and offer transportation assistance to and from activities. Deliver compassionate companionship to patients while working independently in their own homes. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all safety protocols. This role supports individuals recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, as well as those living with chronic disabilities or aging, ensuring they maximize their dignity and independence.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Caregiver License
- Valid Cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification
- Ability to communicate both verbal and written
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Must be able to work independently
