Caregiver

Provide personal care according to the individual service plan for each resident and respond to resident needs in a timely manner. Participate in mealtime and light housekeeping activities while monitoring residents for changes in condition. Promote resident dignity, independence, and choice by communicating clearly, professionally, and timely. Build positive relationships with co-workers and maintain resident privacy and confidentiality. Follow policies for safety and infection control to demonstrate practices that control the spread of communicable disease. CBRF certifications or CNA experience are a plus, with training provided for new applicants.
