Job Summary
Provide personal care to residents, assist with meals and hygiene, support with daily activities and individual care plans, and help with activities and exercises as part of a casual caregiver role at Summerset by the Lake Village. Demonstrates empathy, kindness and patience, maintains positive interactions with residents, and contributes to a safe, healthy, and enjoyable living environment. Flexible shifts and weekend penal rates are noted as benefits; uniform provided and opportunities for career progression are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in aged care or a similar role
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Commitment to being available for a variety of shifts, sometimes at short notice
