Job Summary
Deliver meals and assist with mealtimes, aid residents with hygiene including showering, and support individual care plan requirements such as walks and exercises. Help residents with activities like puzzles and table tennis while working as part of a team to create a safe and enjoyable lifestyle. This Casual role operates on an as-and-when-needed basis, requiring availability for various shifts sometimes at short notice. Experience in aged care and strong communication skills are essential.
