Job Summary
Conduct companionship, meals, light housekeeping, and errands for seniors while providing personal care, mobility assistance, and support for clients with Alzheimer's or dementia. Perform nurse-delegated tasks as needed across day, evening, night, and weekend shifts in Yamhill, Multnomah, Washington, and surrounding counties. Visit and support multiple clients as required, maintaining reliable, insured transportation and passing a background check.
Required Qualifications
- 18+
- valid license
- reliable, insured transportation
- Can pass a background check
- Ability to work some or all the following: Day Shifts, Evening, NOC or Overnight Shifts, Weekend Shifts
