Job Summary
Provide companionship, meals, light housekeeping, and errands while assisting with personal care, mobility, and support for clients with Alzheimer's or dementia. Perform nurse-delegated tasks as needed across day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts in Salem, Keizer, McMinnville, and surrounding communities. Maintain reliable, insured transportation and pass a background check to visit and support multiple clients. Receive paid training, certifications, and CEUs with career coaching and advancement support. Required Qualifications

- Valid license
- Reliable, insured transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
