Job Summary
Provide companionship, meals, light housekeeping, and errands while assisting with personal care and mobility for seniors, including support for Alzheimer's and dementia. Perform nurse-delegated tasks as needed across day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. Visit and support multiple clients in the Portland area, including Yamhill, Multnomah, Washington, and surrounding counties. Maintain a valid license and reliable transportation to pass background checks.
Required Qualifications
- 18+

- Can pass a background check
- Ability to work some or all the following: Day Shifts, Evening, NOC or Overnight Shifts, Weekend Shifts
