Job Summary
Conduct companionship, prepare meals, and assist with light housekeeping and mobility for seniors, including support for clients with Alzheimer's and dementia. Perform nurse-delegated tasks as needed while providing personal care and errands. Work flexible shifts including day, evening, overnight, and weekends across the Northern Oregon Coast service area. Maintain a valid license, pass a background check, and possess reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- 18+

- Can pass a background check
- Ability to work some or all the following: Day Shifts, Evening, NOC or Overnight Shifts, Weekend Shifts
- Caregiving, CNA, DSP, DSW, bilingual, or senior care experience
