Job Summary
Conduct companionship, meals, light housekeeping, and errands for seniors while providing personal care, mobility assistance, and support for clients with Alzheimer's or dementia. Perform nurse-delegated tasks as needed across multiple clients in Yamhill, Multnomah, Washington, and surrounding counties. Work flexible day, evening, night, weekend, or bilingual shifts with reliable, insured transportation and a valid license.
Required Qualifications
- 18+

- Can pass a background check
- Ability to work some or all the following: Day Shifts, Evening, NOC or Overnight Shifts, Weekend Shifts
