Caregiver

Provide compassionate, hands-on care for residents with Alzheimer's and dementia, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication administration, and mobility support. Monitor vital signs, document care activities in the electronic health record, and report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing room cleaning, laundry, and restocking supplies. Work flexible shifts covering mornings, evenings, and nights with occasional weekend coverage.
