Job Summary
Caregiver responsible for enhancing daily living for residents by assisting with ADLs (dressing, grooming, peri-care, toileting, hygiene), serving meals, light housekeeping, and laundry. Provides compassionate interaction with residents, families, and staff; observes and reports changes in health or wellbeing; assists with dining service, activities, and safety; maintains a clean, dignified, and secure environment; adheres to HIPAA and facility policies; participates in trainings and collaborates with team to support residents’ independence and quality of life.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
