Job Summary
Provide compassionate daily care and support to residents in a senior living building, focusing on enhancing their lives with kindness and integrity. Assist with activities of daily living, including lifting and moving residents up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance or mechanical devices. Maintain effective verbal and written communication with residents and staff while ensuring safety and comfort. Required Qualifications
- Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
- A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults
- Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices
