Job Summary
Conduct daily care for seniors, assisting with activities of daily living and providing companionship. Lift and move residents up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance or mechanical devices. Communicate effectively with residents and staff in English. Maintain applicable certifications and one year of relevant experience working with older adults. Work flexible AM shifts from 6am to 2pm.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
- A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults
- Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices
