Job Summary
Conduct daily care for seniors in a senior living building, assisting residents with activities of daily living and mobility. Lift and move residents up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance or mechanical devices. Maintain effective verbal and written communication with residents and staff in English. Possess applicable state certifications and at least one year of experience working with older adults. Work flexible day, evening, or night shifts with same-day pay options available.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
- A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults
- Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices
