Job Summary
Provide compassionate daily care and support to seniors in a senior living building, focusing on enhancing resident lives with kindness and integrity. Assist with activities of daily living and ensure the safety and well-being of older adults. Possess applicable certifications and at least one year of relevant experience working with older adults. Communicate effectively with residents and staff in English. Lift and move residents up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance or mechanical devices. Work flexible shifts including full-time and part-time options with same-day pay available.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
- A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults
- Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices
