Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living including personal care, ambulation, and laundry under the direction of the charge nurse. Monitor and document resident conditions, report changes, and encourage socialization. Maintain First Aid Certification and demonstrate basic computer skills for electronic medical records and charting. Walk multiple hours per shift with ease. Work weekend AM, PM, or NOC shifts with eligibility for shift differentials and a year-end bonus.
Required Qualifications
- First Aid Certification
- Basic computer skills with experience using electronic medical records/charting
- Must be willing and able to walk for multiple hours per shift with ease
- Weekend AM Shift (7:00am - 3:30pm)
- PM Shift (3:30pm - 11:00pm)
- NOC Shift (11pm - 7:30am)
Desired Qualifications
- High school education preferred, or up to six months related experience and/or training
- Ideal candidates will be dependable, compassionate team players
