Caregiver/Care Partner (6am-2pm)

Job Summary
Provide daily care and companionship to seniors in a residential building, ensuring resident safety and well-being. Lift and move residents up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance or mechanical devices. Communicate effectively with residents and staff in English, both verbally and in writing. Maintain applicable state certifications and demonstrate at least one year of experience working with older adults. Work a day shift from 6am to 2pm with flexible scheduling options for full-time or part-time roles. Required Qualifications
- Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
- A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults
- Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices
