Job Summary
Conduct daily care for seniors in a senior living building, assisting residents with mobility by lifting up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance or mechanical devices. Provide verbal and written communication support to residents and staff while maintaining state-required certifications. Work Tuesday through Saturday shifts from 2pm to 10pm, with flexible scheduling options available for full-time or part-time roles. Required Qualifications
- Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
- A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults
- Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices
