Job Summary
Caregiver needed for part-time 1st/2nd/3rd shifts to provide personal care and assist with Activities of Daily Living for RCAC/CBRF/memory-care residents. Responsibilities include following the Resident Care plan, assisting with mobility and transfers, medical administration and reporting, plating/serving meals, light housekeeping, and facilitating resident activities. Requires med administration certification and experience; flexible weekend and rotating-holiday availability. Location: Appleton, WI. Required Qualifications
