Job Summary
Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation. Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care. Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being. Document daily activities, client well-being, and any changes in condition. Provide medication reminders as needed. Flexible scheduling available for full-time, part-time, or per diem roles across Massachusetts. Competitive pay with direct deposit, medical, dental, and 401(k) benefits. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Car insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Pass a criminal background check
