Job Summary
Caregiver to provide activities of daily living support, companionship, transportation, and help with light housekeeping according to care plans; duties include bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, monitoring well-being, and reporting changes. Requires HS diploma or equivalent, 18+, valid driver’s license, live scan background, CPR, TB test; must register as Home Care Aide with CDSS. Training provided; part-time position in San Jose, CA with in-person work and flexible schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Previous caregiver experience required
- Must register as a Home Care Aide with CDSS
- 18 years old and a High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance
- Ability to pass a live scan background check and drug screening
- CPR certification
- TB test or chest x-ray
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
