Caregiver

Assist residents with daily living activities including transferring, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking. Administer medications, injections, and oral meds based on medical charts while following documentation procedures. Maintain environment cleanliness through light housekeeping and comply with safety and infection control standards. Assess for changes in condition, answer call lights, obtain meal trays, and assist with eating and repositioning. Communicate immediately to supervisors regarding resident condition changes. Complete all required charting documents and assist other team members with assigned duties. Work every other weekend schedule with a high school diploma or GED.
