Job Summary
Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care to help adults stay safe and independent at home. Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse to assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care. Support meal preparation, feeding, and range of motion exercises while assisting with ambulation and transfers using mechanical lifting devices. Remind clients of medication schedules and maintain close relationships to ensure dignity and comfort. Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned. Flexible schedules available for full-time, part-time, per-diem, and on-call roles.
