Job Summary
Provide personal care, household support, and companion services to adults with a registered nurse's plan of care. Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and toileting, while preparing meals and performing light housekeeping. Support mobility through range of motion exercises, ambulation assistance, and transfers using mechanical lifting devices. Remind clients of medication schedules and maintain close relationships to help them stay safe and independent at home. Travel to clients' homes in assigned counties as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
- Previous home health care or patient care welcomed, but not required
