Job Summary
Provide personal care, household support, and companion services to adults, including bathing, grooming, meal preparation, and medication reminders, following a registered nurse's plan of care. Assist clients with activities of daily living, range of motion exercises, and ambulation using mechanical lifting devices as needed. Travel to clients' homes in assigned counties to deliver one-on-one care while maintaining safety and independence. Availability required for day and night shifts from 6am to 10pm, Monday through Sunday, with flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, per-diem, and on-call rotations. BAYADA offers weekly pay, 24/7 clinical support, and ongoing training for this mission-driven home health role.
