Job Summary
Care Partners provide direct, compassionate daily living assistance to residents in a Cogir Senior Living community. Responsibilities include helping with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring), promoting independence, providing emotional support and companionship, encouraging participation in life enrichment activities, light housekeeping, and maintaining open communication between residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Requires at least 12 months of caregiving experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and a valid state CNA or HCA license with First Aid/CPR. Experience with memory care is a plus; weekend rotation is expected. Eligible for competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities. Location is Vancouver, WA.
