Job Summary
Read and implement care and activities of daily living according to resident service plans. Respond to resident needs, pendant calls, and community alarms while maintaining accurate and complete care records. Conduct visual safety checks at shift start and communicate resident status to the next shift. Report changes in condition to nursing and complete incident reports accurately. Promote resident independence, safety, and a clean environment by recognizing and addressing environmental concerns. Maintain empathy and rapport with residents while adhering to state laws, infection control policies, and professional scope of practice.
Required Qualifications

- Food Handler's permit
